Not So Little Anymore (Emily)

It has been about 4 years since we've moved here now. And we have loved getting to know the youth in our neighborhood. We've had them over on several occasions for movies and treats. We've watched them grow up and go to college and on missions. This is one such young woman who has really grown up lately!

Anyone Getting Married?? (Emily & Melanie)

I have the perfect place for you to find your perfect dress!! My friend just opened up a bridal shop. The prices are unheard of and the dresses are amazing. Here are some flyers I made for her. My sister Mel came along to help take pictures and pose in some of the dresses. She did amazing - I love taking pictures with her. We also had three other wonderful friends join us for their modeling debut. They were fantastic! I bet you couldn't guess they've never had any modeling experience. They even knew how to laugh on cue.

It's a Small World (Emily)

So we've all done it before....blogstocking, right?? And aren't we usually glad we did it? We often find some really cool blogs that have great ideas and in my case you run into friends you haven't seen in years. Well I was so happy to find my friend that I hadn't seen since I was 16. This is her and her cute family.


Well after scrolling down her blog and catching up on what she had been up to for the past 16 years, I noticed some familiar faces. It just so happens that my friend married my neighbors brother! My friend and her family live in California, and here is my neighbor and their cute family here in Utah.


I was so grateful that they wanted me to take their family pictures. They were all up here for a family get together. Here is the whole bunch:

So if you have that urge to blogstock...go ahead, don't feel guilty. Great things can come out of it!

This was FUN! (Emily)

This family was great! I wasn't suppose to have the pictures edited this fast, but I couldn't help it! I was too excited to see how they would turn out. SOO, I was up till 2 a.m. last night and I've been working on them all day today. This is what I have so far. It was so much fun getting to know this great family. I loved watching them be themselves and express their love for each other. This was a fun shoot because there was no script, there was no time line, It was just them being them. So thanks...it was a lot of fun!
